How to check the status of your order
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, with instructions on how to follow your package. If you prefer dealing directly with us, it’s no problem. Just give us a call at 1-800-496-0981 or send us an email with your order confirmation number at info@citeeshirts.com

Cancellations and refunds
If there is anything wrong with your order, or the shipment delay was not respected, we will refund you. If you made a mistake on your order, call us as soon as possible at 1-800-496-0981 or send us an email at info@citeeshirts.com and we will do our best to find a solution.

What is digital printing?
Digital printing is a new technology in the garment printing market. It creates prints of good quality and offers options that screen-printing, the traditionally used technique, doesn’t. With digital printing you have no limitations of color, or gradients. It can print really detailed designs, even a picture if you’d like! So let your imagination guide you and have the shirt you’ve always wanted.
If you contact us for a bigger order, we will automatically communicate with you if it is more advantageous for you to print with screen-printing, the common method.

How do I take care of my shirt?
For better durability of your shirt, wash it inside out at cold temperature on gentle wash cycle. Have it air dry by laying it flat or hanging it on a drying rope. Do not iron directly on the design. If you must iron the shirt, iron it inside out.

What type of file can I upload?
The custom tool design currently accepts PNG and JPEG. If you wish to send us any other kind of file, just send it to us by attaching it at info@citeeshirts.com with the information about the shirt you would like to print on.

What is the minimum resolution file for a good print
In order to have a good quality print, we recommend that you upload an image of minimum 120 DPI. If you have an image that is less than that, you can still send it to us, and if there is something we can do to increase resolution, we will do it free of charges. (Send it to info@citeeshirts.com )
Here’s how you figure out how much DPI (dots per inch) on your computer:
On a Mac: Open your image in Preview; and go to the “Tool”, “menu”, under “Inspector”, “Image DPI”On a PC: Open your image in Paint; go in the “Image” menu, under “Attributes”.
There again, if you’re having troubles figuring out your image’s DPI, just send it to us at info@citeeshirts.com and we will look it up for you.

How to remove the background on my design? (White box)
If you have trouble doing this, just send us your design as it is, and we will remove it for you, free of charges.
